Visited with a friend. A very refreshing way to spend 90minutes. The facilities are light and bright, clean and modern. It was my first time and I felt great after. I would visit again!

I recently visited 1REMEDY and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their sauna and ice bath setup. From start to finish, the experience was rejuvenating and exceptionally well-maintained. Sauna: The sauna was spotless and inviting, with just the right balance of heat and humidity. The temperature was consistent throughout the session, and the ambiance was calm and relaxing—perfect for unwinding after a workout or a long day. The woodwork and lighting created a tranquil atmosphere, and it never felt overcrowded. Ice Bath: The ice bath was a standout feature. It was clean, chilled to the ideal temperature, and easily accessible. Transitioning from the heat of the sauna to the cold plunge offered an invigorating contrast that left me feeling refreshed, energized, and noticeably less sore the next day. The setup clearly caters to recovery and performance, not just novelty. Staff & Amenities: The staff were knowledgeable and welcoming, happy to answer questions about proper usage and benefits, Tatsuya was especially accomadating . Towels were readily available, and the changing facilities were modern and hygienic. It’s clear the management puts effort into both cleanliness and customer experience. Crowd & Vibe: Even during peak hours, the space didn’t feel cramped or chaotic. The other guests were respectful, and the whole atmosphere promoted relaxation and recovery. Verdict: I would highly recommend 1REMEDY to anyone looking for a high-quality sauna and ice bath experience—whether you’re an athlete focused on recovery, or just someone looking to unwind. The attention to detail and overall standard is among the best I’ve seen.

The venue is absolutely stunning! The vibe there is so different to anything I’ve experienced when it comes to bathhouses. It’s bang on! The amenities are SO clean and that’s something I’m big on. The staff keep it looking clean, dry and fantastic all day. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about all things sauna and cold plunging. I plan on making this place a weekly regular in my health and relaxation routine. 10/10 would recommend.

I'll gladly visit again when I'm in the area next! Friendly staff and good set up. Clean and tidy, relaxing space. As space is at a premium in the city, it is understandable that they do not have room for lie down lounges, but even so, it's got cosy and comfortable spaces to sit down between sets. My only recommendation would be to offer shoes to use the bathroom. Other than that, a perfect experience!

I had a really lovely time at this little spa in Pott Spoint. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The young team made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. It’s an easy place to access and perfect if you just want to unwind and enjoy a peaceful moment. I’ll definitely come back!
