Love shopping here! The shop has one of my favourite Korean brands and they always have great promotional deals. Angie always provides the most welcoming and attentive service, both in person and over the phone.

I personally had a great experience. I was assisted by one sales lady (didn't catch her name) who tried to be helpful, but I felt like she wasn't as confident or knowledgeable. A second one stepped in and I felt like I was in much better hands with her recommendations. If you need help try asking for Louisa. I left with a lot of samples too try. It was difficult trying the products since they only wanted to use a q tip to show you. I understand they don't want product contamination with a cushion compact, but that was monthly frustrating.

I have never gone into this store before, however, I went in to look for some skincare products for my Mom and was surprised they are carrying so many Korean skincare products. The store staffs are extremely nice and patient and they are very knowledgeable on all the products. Finally, I bought a set of Hanyul skincare with 20% off discount . The staff gave me a mounds of samples and even did the gift wrapping for me. If I'll buy another gift again, I would think of this place. I just love how they accommodate their customers and happy with the products.
