This restaurant is recommended for dates, company parties, and business dinners! ⭐️! The spicy octopus samgyeopsal was delicious! It was packed with vegetables and pork, and the spicy kick and savory miso flavor permeated the ingredients perfectly. The octopus, in particular, was fresh and had a delightful chewy texture that filled the mouth with flavor! It was delicious on its own, but you can also wrap it in perilla leaves to enjoy it as samgyeopsal! There were many ways to eat it, and it paired perfectly with drinks! The Korean soy-marinated shrimp was incredibly fresh and plump! You could really savor the sweetness and aroma of the shrimp! The Korean tulip chicken wings had a crispy texture, and with every bite, the delicious chicken flavor burst forth! You can choose between yangnyeom (spicy savory sauce) and honey mustard flavors; this time, I chose honey mustard! The texture and taste were both superb! 😃 The mentaiko cheese chijimi had a delicious texture that transitioned from crispy to chewy! 🤤 It was filled with plenty of mentaiko and cheese, and the combination was fantastic! 😉 The whole shrimp gyoza had plump shrimp inside, making it very filling! 💯 The addictive taste of the gyoza combined with the umami of the shrimp was amazing! 😆 The seared Wagyu yukke was beautifully presented, and you eat it by mixing it with the egg yolk! ⭐️ The smooth texture and the umami and sweetness of the yukke spread in your mouth – it was fantastic! 👍 Everything was delicious! ☺️ You should definitely try it! 😊

I visited CHAEEUN Umeda, a Korean fusion restaurant! ✨ This time, I arrived around 7:00 PM and ordered their signature Busan-style Nakgopse, whole shrimp dumplings, and seared Wagyu beef yukhoe. First, the Nakgopse had a rich seafood flavor and a spicy sauce that was irresistible for Korean food lovers. It had a deep flavor despite the spiciness, and the plump texture of the ingredients was enjoyable, making it a dish that goes well with rice or drinks. The whole shrimp dumplings had a strong shrimp presence and were very satisfying. The outside was fragrant, and the inside was plump, making it a very satisfying dish even as a standalone item. The seared Wagyu beef yukhoe had a great aroma from the searing and the delicious flavor of the meat was excellent, making it a dish I would want to order first. It had a smooth texture and paired well with alcohol ✨ The restaurant has a stylish, Korean-inspired atmosphere, making it a great place for dinner with friends, girls' nights out, or dates. It's highly recommended for those who want to enjoy authentic Korean cuisine in the Umeda/Doyama-cho area.

Every menu tastes so delicious!!

The first thing you will notice when you walk in here is the smell of the amazing food behind the counter. The ordering system via smartphone was also a convenient gimmick. The extra crispy pork fried pancake カリカリ豚チヂミ and the intoxicating seasoned eggs 麻薬ケラン stole the show. Beware of the meat dishes though as they are blowed up in the menu photos.

The food was delicious! The fried chicken was super crispy. The samgyupsal was tasty and the soju was divine! Highly recommended.
