Best sauna I ever experienced, good environment, clean, very good service.

I recently visited this spa and highly recommend it. As I am traveller from Australia, I contacted the spa before my arrival, to ask questions. The staff immediately responded and were very informative. Upon arrival I was greeted by the spa manager, who spoke English and gave me a tour of the spa. The staff were friendly and approachable. The spa was very clean, and the temperature was perfect in all saunas. I really enjoyed my stay. While there, I also had a massage. The masseur was very good. Although it was a little difficult for me to communicate what type of massage I wanted as I could only speak English and the masseur could only speak Portugese. However he tried his best to understand my body language and my massage was excellent. Overall. I highly recommend this spa to male travellers. Specially if you are tired from sight seeing. My only suggestion for change is that the spa provide a way to easily book massage for foreigners. Maybe a whiteboard waitinglist to write our names and key numbers and type of massage, so the masseur and foreigners can communicate easily. I will definitely try to visit again before I leave Brazil.

Always a relaxing way to spend an afternoon in SP. The facilities are kept clean, the staff are helpful and attentive and the atmosphere is friendly. I come here every time I visit SP and have never been disappointed. Recommended for locals and travelers alike.
