Pancakes were delicious. We got the Lotus pancakes and Mango pancakes. Both were flavorful and good portions. If you are looking for something on the sweeter side the mango was definitely sweeter. The lotus one came with a scoop of coffee ice cream - very strong.
Had the Pistachio Pancakes and a Cappuccino! Pancakes were delicious and fluffy. Coffee very good! Get there no later than 9am it gets full quick!
We were asked to wait 5 mins outside as its a small cafe and was full. Had to go up and order after getting a table. I was gonna get the lotus pancakes because that’s what they’re known for but they had mango pancakes for limited time so got those. The pancakes weren’t too jiggly for soufflé pancakes and didn’t taste too eggy either (good for ppl who don’t like that). But they were fluffy and thick. I loved the mangoes they used. The pancakes were topped with mango sorbet which was very unique and they gave a mango syrup (kind of had small pieces of mango in it, not fully liquidy). I also got the cream milk tea and that was great, loved the combination of cream mixed with the milk tea. It was a bit pricey ($16) but worth the soufflé pancakes experience.
Love the fluffy pancakes and coffee. We tried the seasonal mango and the cookie pancakes and preferred the mango one. The Bambi coffee was one of the best coffees I’ve had. - super smooth. The cafe has limited seating so going during non-peak hours would be best. Otherwise waiting in line may not be worth it. We found going around evening/dinner time to have no line! Cafe vibes and music are also on cozy and great!
I beg you not to wait for this. Respect your time and money. Not worth it. The food is truly average. Including the cold foam coffees! The taste is mild and the flavour is not unique. The pancakes are thin, not fluffy as soufflé pancakes typically are. I am sure you will find alternatives to this place. The queue system is a nightmare. Many people abandoned the queue after waiting 20+ mins. If you are really desperate, you can order takeaway drinks which allow you to taste the foamy drinks without the wait. Honestly, there is better. And the drinks are better than the pancakes. We arrived at 10:20, our food didn’t arrive till 11:27. Would you spend your holiday day queueing for average pancakes?
