Was great fun. Staff were the best! Only gripe was room got too hot - could do with some air on. And would have liked 4 mics instead of 2 to do group singing. But we will be back! Cx xxx

Me and my friends had a booking at BAM whilst dressed as grannies and I just wanted to leave some positive feedback. All of the staff were so friendly and the customer service was excellent throughout. Everyone went out of their way to help us get all our pictures and videos, and they even extended our karaoke time free of charge, which we really appreciated. I especially want to give a shoutout to one particular lady - Trina who was an absolute star. We are so grateful for how attentive and lovely she was and she even brought in a cake with a candle on it, free of charge as well, as it was my friend’s birthday. We’ll definitely be back — thank you so much to everyone 🙏🏽

Came for an event package which included 2 hours karaoke, drinks tokens and some food. Karaoke staff were very friendly and welcoming, gave great explanations of how things worked. The karaoke room we had was pretty good! Took a while to figure out the lighting, as it was dim but we got there in the end! System was pretty easy to navigate with adding songs, super handy that it rallied up the time of the chosen songs, which helped with planning. Although I didn't get to use it, the BAM account enabled you to key in songs before arriving, very innovative place!

We were a group of 6 celebrating a 18th Birthday my daughter had a wonderful Birthday experience at BAM🥳🎵 🎶 The whole decor throughout was amazing 🤩 We all had a awesome time at BAM and the service from checking in at Reception (lovely welcoming bubbly and accommodating receptionist) and the bar staff were just as welcoming and lovely 🙂 and brought our drinks tray to our room 🥳🎶👍🏽 everything was first class 💯 and amazing ❤️ There was plenty of staff around too who constantly asked us if we was ok and if we were enjoying our experience at BAM Exceptionally clean bathroom too, that's hard to find in a lot of places these days sadly so I give 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ for the bathroom facilities 👍🏽. We will be booking in the near future for more birthdays this year 🥳👍🏽🎵 and I would highly recommend Bam Victoria if your seeking a fun and very enjoyable social experience 😃🎉 Thanks from all our party group to all at BAM For the beautiful fun memories ❤️ 🎵🎉

We had an absolutely amazing time at BAM! It was a Tuesday so there were plenty of tables available in the bar area so we imagine the buzz when it’s full is just as awesome. The song catalogue was HUGE and had pretty much all of the songs we aimed to sing that day and the different themed rooms are everything! We enjoyed it so much we even booked an extra hour after! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the service was excellent and the drinks were perfect! The vibe and general feel of the venue was all that was expected and then some! Huge thanks to everyone that day and we can’t wait to come back and put on another show!
