BBQ City Buffet

I hardly make a negative review on any restaurant but this one I absolutely need to make. I recently celebrated my birthday here with a few friends, and while the food was great, the experience was marred by poor time management from your service. Some of my friends were running late, and with only an hour to eat, the pressure was palpable. The restaurant's strict time limit and threat of a late fee made it feel like we were in a rush, rather than enjoying a celebration. I think it would be beneficial for the restaurant to be more accommodating and flexible with their time limits, allowing customers to relax and enjoy their experience without undue stress. It is atrocious to be calling friends and stressing about a time limit. This isn’t highschool or a canteen service it’s supposed to be a relaxing dining experience. It certainly didn’t feel that way. One of my friends didn’t even get to eat due to the traffic he experienced on the way and thanks to your “accomodating service “ he didn’t experience the food. So disappointing!!

My friends and I recently visited this amazing BBQ restaurant on a Monday night, and it was an experience worth remembering. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality, making us feel instantly comfortable and welcomed. Food: 10/10 The food was absolutely insane! Every bite was bursting with rich, smoky flavors that perfectly showcased the art of BBQ. The meats were tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of seasoning and smokiness. Whether it was the ribs, brisket, or chicken, everything was packed with mouthwatering goodness. The sides complemented the main dishes beautifully, adding layers of texture and flavor to the meal. Hospitality: 10/10 One of the highlights of our visit was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure we had the best experience. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, offering great recommendations and checking in on us throughout the meal without being intrusive. Their passion for what they do was truly evident in their service. Ambiance & Overall Experience The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy yet vibrant, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. The combination of delicious food, outstanding service, and a welcoming environment made our evening truly special. Without a doubt, this is the best BBQ restaurant in Sydney, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch food and excellent hospitality. We can’t wait to go back! ❤️❤️

Had a great time. Outdoors have good views. Staff very friendly and nice. Food was delicious with big selection. Service was quick. Overall had a great time.

The overall quality of the food was good. However The atmosphere didn't feel very welcoming as it felt rushed. Our session started at 8pm it felt like they wanted people to leave pretty quickly onwards. They didn't bother to attend to the soda machine that was flat. We had to ask multiple times for them to fix it. It took them half an hour for them to bother to doing anything. Also, the food at the buffet wasn't topped up second time I wanted a serving and Not many options for the dessert section. They quickly packed up the bar by 9pm. Not a big fan of this nor think it is worth the money.

Had a fantastic experience at BBQ City! The staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our visit. The food was delicious with a wide variety of BBQ meats, hot dishes, seafood, and sushi, all fresh and well prepared. They also have unlimited soft drinks, which is very good offer. We love it 😍 The atmosphere was comfortable and lively, perfect for families and group gatherings. Everything was well organised, and service was quick even when it was busy. Great value for money and definitely a place we’d return to and recommend to others!
