What locals say
Thanh Toan ( Johnny ) was so wonderful and helpful! Great place to get all your beauty needs
My wife and I were here this afternoon to check out this beauty products store at Saigon Centre - especially its range of facial masks. And we were fortunate enough to find the facial masks that we were looking for and rewarded by the sales promotion on them, which were brought to our attention by one its male staff members who was very product knowledgeable and helpful.
I visited your store today and felt quite uncomfortable with the attitude of one of your staff members. When I asked whether the item was still available, she pointed vaguely as if to say “go find it yourself.” At the checkout, she also seemed annoyed because I was only buying one small item. I believe customers should be treated with respect no matter how much they buy. I’m sharing this feedback so you can review the way your staff treat customers.
Genuinely bizarre experience. I went in, looking for a moisturiser. I was browsing the shop, and a salesgirl asked me for what I was looking for. I told her, and she showed me to a 1,000,000+ vnd moisturiser and insisted that it was a local brand. I said no, she asked if I wanted something cheaper, and sent me off to her colleague, who recommended me a small bottle of moisturiser at 550k+ vnd. I was really surprised, and she said that maybe there's a discount, then told me to wait while she checked. Honestly, how does a shop like this have a secret discount that's not listed? When I continued to browse, she told me that it's 460k+ vnd... I got something that's overpriced anyway, then on my way to the cashier, I realised that all eight or ten of the staff in the shop were all watching me. Like genuinely, all of them had been watching me browse the shelves!!! It was crazy. Anyway, then I went to the cashier, and there was this guy at the counter, who had makeup on, absolutely immaculate, and I handed over my item, he just waved me to the next counter, where one of his eight/ ten colleagues then appeared to ring me up. Let's not talk about the crazy prices, or the secret prices... Like the service and the entire experience.. wow. If I wasn't so desperate, I really wouldn't have come.
I visited the store this morning and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience. One of the female staff members kept looking at me in a way that felt quite unfriendly. When I looked back at her, she continued giving side-eye and her expression seemed angry or annoyed, even though I was simply browsing the products. As a customer, it makes you feel unwelcome when staff behave like this. Visiting a store should be a pleasant experience where customers feel comfortable looking at products before deciding to buy. When the atmosphere feels unfriendly or judgmental, it discourages people from spending money there. Because of this experience, I did not feel comfortable staying in the store and I would not recommend this place. I hope the management can improve staff attitude and customer service so future customers feel more welcomed.
