I bought a box of hair dye at this store earlier today. Just 30 minutes later, I returned hoping to exchange it for a different color—with the package still completely unopened and untouched—but the staff refused my request. This is the first time I’ve encountered a store in Canada that does not accept returns or exchanges, especially on an unopened item. I will never purchase anything from this store again. I also want to remind everyone to shop with caution here—they do not allow returns or exchanges!

Oh well, my skin condition changed as I’m approaching 40 🤷‍♂️😎 I started using the Centella Water Toner after shaving and before applying face cream. It keeps my sensitive skin hydrated for over 8 hours. Without the toner, my face feels tight by the end of the workday. With it, the skin stays calm and comfortable. Centella is known for its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties, and this toner has been working very well with my face. So glad this shop carries it when Hmart and Hanan don’t. The difference between the two pictures is quite obvious. I spray three times after my morning shower and three times after my afternoon gym shower. I think I’m going to burn through a bottle every 5-6 months.
