I love the Bingsoo here, the portion for the price is great. The service is also great! The owner is very attentive. A regular size is good for two people. There's plenty of tables, although they're shared with the other restaurant in the dining area. It's located inside the grocery store.

If you’re looking for the best Boonguh Bbang (Korean fish-shaped pastry, similar to Taiyaki) in the U.S., look no further than BingSoo House in La Palma! Tucked inside the Super 1 Mart food court, this hidden gem consistently delivers fresh, made-to-order Boonguh Bbang that is perfectly crispy on the outside and generously filled on the inside. I ordered the Black Sesame and Red Bean & Cream Cheese—both were absolutely delicious and rich in flavor. You can really taste the quality and care they put into every pastry. Honestly, I had Boonguh Bbang from Sul & Beans in Rowland Heights last month, and it wasn’t even close in comparison—BingSoo House blows it out of the water. I used to come here every other week when I lived in the OC. The easy parking, great grocery shopping, and affordable prices make it a fantastic spot to stop by for dessert or a quick treat after errands. Whether you’re a fan of Korean desserts or trying Boonguh Bbang for the first time, you won’t be disappointed! 📍 Located inside Super 1 Mart, La Palma 🍽️ Don’t miss out on the Boonguh Bbang—it’s a must-try!

Located INSIDE grocery store on the Exit side and co-located with another vendor. Limited seating but not bad. Payment limited to cash, Zelle or Venmo when we went. Order tracking non existent but we made it work. Prices are reasonable. Bingsoo was tasty for sure. Will return if in the area. Not a place I would make the drive for again.

Their bingsoo and taiyakis are the best. The taiyaki here has a special taste and it’s very good. There are lots of flavors that sound nice but my favorites are nutella, custard, and cheese bomb. The bingsoos are really tasty too. Their shaved ice is sweet by itself so any flavor u choose will be good. The place is located inside the supermarket and the workers are soso nice and skilled. I 100% recommend this place if you like sweet desserts and want to try some korean food!!!

I ordered Nutella Taiyaki to share with friends over the weekend. When we cut them open and saw how little Nutella was inside, we were honestly shocked and couldn’t help but leave a review. At $4 per piece, this isn’t cheap—so how can there be only a tiny amount of Nutella, barely the size of a fingernail? If this is how you’re going to serve it, you might as well just sell plain Taiyaki without any filling. This ended up ruining the mood, disappointing everyone, and felt like a complete waste of money.
