Very helpful staff! I wanted an item that was not in stock and they had it sent to my hotel the day after.

Terrible service! I made a special effort to go to this store as it said that they stock Laura Mercier products. After asking, I was told they had just 1 product. I was looking for a few things, I found a serum that was a special promo and they said you can only buy one. I said it’s in a box and a promo. Left with nothing, they have no testers and they are trying to make money dishonestly.

Extremely friendly service and a decent number of options. Not a huge shop by any means, but they have many brands, especially imported products. I'm just impressed with how well they train their employees there: professional, helpful, not pushy, and incredibly friendly.
