As this cafe is famous, there is a long long wait. Good thing that they have put online queue system to manage the crowd - just register to get queued in and you can track the status online through barcode you will receive. So no need to wait outside cafe for hours. You can just explore few places in Namba and be back when your queue# is ready. Also if you think you will go early in the morning to avoid the crowd , the chances are there will always be someone before you, so don’t stress about it. Enjoy your time in Japan and even if you can’t make it here , it’s not a miss in my opinion. Also the cafe opens early then what is shown in google maps. So we got in to the cafe after more than 2 hours wait and ordered matcha , pancakes and a dessert. I don’t think it was worth that much wait and online hype that people have made it. Overall it was an Ok experience but I do appreciate the service of people working in cafe to manage the people well.

This place is the it place cause we was told that it will be about 4.5-5hrs to get in and that was at 1pm. And we met a couple w/ 2 teenagers (their idea to go here) that they waited for 2.5hrs so far and they sat at the front door (on the bench) and they are unwilling to give up. We signed up and go exploded the neighborhood since we can track on the app. Well after 2 1/3hrs-ish, we noticed a significant people dropped out since it’s getting older and the sun is going down. We’re at #15 after #106 in line. We went back and waited and a handful people dropped so we got in after almost 3hrs waited. 1st the place is small and 2 levels. Downstairs has 4 tables and where the kitchen and coffee maker is and upstairs is seating area and restrooms. We got downstairs and we can see the open kitchen behind glass window of course. Big menu but we managed to order what caught our eyes and it was easy and with very nice and friendly staff. Drinks came 1st and the pancakes (yes we came for this) came later - so buttery, tasty and just fluffily then you can imaging. I love my matcha one, just out of this world. And the coffee is great too, goes very well with the pancakes. Couldn’t go wrong, especially after waiting that long for these. Great prices too for us (tourist that is) for the portions. Yes I think I gained 3pds after these so my belly is very happy and so do I.

Pancakes were so good. Defs worth the wait. Got there at 11:10 am on a Friday and got a ticket number. Left and wandered around while waiting then came back when it was almost at our number. Around 1:00. Got the pancakes at 1:30. Big wait but worth it ◡̈ We got the chocolate banana pancakes and plain pancakes. And they have cremia ice cream to have on the side aswell sooo delicious. If you don’t want to wait maybe get there at their opening time ◡̈

The pancakes are incredibly fluffy, just as promised. Everything is greatly prepared and looks absolutely stunning! The plain and tiramisu pancakes are the best. HOWEVER, the wait is incredibly long. We arrived at 9:50am (waited 1 hour outside) and got the pancakes only by 12:20pm! It takes over an hour to get into the restaurant, and another hour and a half to receive the dishes. I was very disappointed with the wait time. We wanted to start the day early and eat breakfast but it has become launch time since we waited so long. Sorry for the bad review but the business needs to learn how to reduce the waiting time.

If you are visiting Osaka, this place is an absolute must-try! This trip proved that not all Japanese pancakes are the same, and this spot easily takes the crown. The texture is incredibly light—the only comparison is like biting into a cloud or a marshmallow. It is an unmatched culinary experience that will completely ruin all other pancakes for you forever—truly life-changing! While the restaurant looks small from the outside, there is additional seating upstairs on the second floor to help accommodate the crowds. It is incredibly popular, but the wait is 100% worth it.
