Cafe BomBom

Found this cozy cafe that sells bingsu and coffee. Prices are reasonable, friendly service and more importantly, good food and drinks. We ordered several bingsu and we enjoyed each of it. Nice hint of condensed milk mixed into the ice, not too sweet. Toppings are also quite generous. Would recommend this cafe!

Came here for an upgrade dalgona bingsu as I just couldn't have enough of a normal portion at Jln Klapa outlet the day before. Im happy that I have another place I can go to and it ia quite hard to find halal korean bingsu and street food snacks. I love how friendly the staff were at both outlet. I irder strawberry smoothie which was not too sweet yet was so nice. I order dalgona latte too, decided to let the dalgona pieces sank into the latte and created a wonderful sweet aftertaste once sipped. If you are a student, you get to enjoy 10% off for drink ordered on weekdays.

Tried the Chocolate Bingsu here. The toppings were great, especially the mini oreoooo, but the shaved ice didn’t really taste like bingsu to me. I was expecting more of the traditional creamy milk flavour that Korean bingsu usually has, but it had this coffee taste in its shaved ice instead so it was kinda disappointing. However, the Mango Bingsu I saw looked delicious though, so I’ll be back to try that next time!

We’ve been meaning to try this outlet for a while, but the limited seating always put us off. So it was a pleasant surprise when we dropped by on a Sunday evening and managed to get a table for four—quite a rare find. We went with the croffle and a mango bingsu. The croffle was well done, with a texture similar to a Danish pastry—crispy and light. At first, we thought it might have been slightly overdone, but one bite changed that impression completely. The mango bingsu was decent, with a generous serving of shaved ice and mango toppings. A refreshing treat to cool down in Singapore’s heat. Overall, it was a nice way to wrap up the weekend before the new week begins. The only downside is the crowd—it’s almost always packed, so getting a table really comes down to luck.

Specifically come to try the bingsu. The bingsu here not so sweet which is a good thing. Actually one bowl can share two person. But I wanna try the different flavours. Order the mango and melon bingsu. The mango bingsu is nice. But the melon bingsu is just so so. Will be back to try the chocolate and dalgona bingsu in future.
