This place was so cute!! They have all of the K beauty needs you would need and all for a great price. Nothing was overpriced which is so nice!! The staff was super friendly and really knowledgeable as well as being personable with me! If I lived here I would be coming here everyday!! :)

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Choc Choc! As someone with notoriously sensitive skin, and as someone whose eyes were opened at how K Beauty could solve all my problems (it has!!! This is the best my skin has ever been), I was thrilled to find out there is an entire store dedicated to it in Chicago! Layout is very cute, they even have awesome shirts! Customer service was thorough as well with any questions I had 😀

The best K-pop store in Chicago — hands down! I’ve been to a lot of K-pop shops and Choc Choc is on another level. The selection is SO good - albums, photo cards, merch, and more - and everything is organized so well that browsing actually feels fun instead of overwhelming. The staff is genuinely warm and helpful as well. Highly recommend when you’re in the area!

The store has every Korean beauty brand you may be familiar with. The store workers are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely return!
