This is what I expect of an Asian skincare shop. The selection is second to none. I’ve been struggling to find a simple unisex/male Japanese/Korean body lotion and this store pulled through with its selection. I ended up walking out with 2L of body lotion (on sale) which will last me 10 months.

This store has way better collections of Korean skincare products than anywhere else in Vancouver. Good prices and deals. Definitely my to-go!

I visited Ciyo at Lansdowne. The products were attractive, but unfortunately the customer service was disappointing. I asked about the availability of some items, and the staff answered in a very blunt and indifferent manner, simply saying they were not available. I understand that some products may be out of stock, but I believe customers should still be treated with basic friendliness and respect.

20250706 The store was clean and well-organized. The staff was extremely friendly and very patient in explaining the benefits of the products. The face mask they recommended works really well. I highly recommend the Fino hair mask — it’s amazing, and getting three jars is such a great deal! There are also many ongoing promotions, making it a great place to shop.

Great selection of Japanese cosmetics and beauty products. The prices were reasonable, and I found several items that are difficult to find elsewhere. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to browse.
