Beautiful pools, delicious but expensive drinks. The food by the pool was very good. It was too hot for us to use the sauna. Because of the "Country Club," there might be some rather rowdy guests – the staff really need to tune them out. Based on everything I've heard and seen, I wouldn't recommend the day spa; you might as well book a night at the hotel!

The price-performance ratio is unfortunately no longer acceptable. I am very disappointed with the Country Spa in Frankfurt. For the high price of the spa entrance, far too little is offered. Compared to last year, the quality has drastically deteriorated. The food in the snack bar was neither tasty nor fresh (the paninis were cold and tasteless). Furthermore, there was total chaos: the non-alcoholic beer offered on the menu wasn't even available, and after ordering an ice cream, the staff had to search for 15 minutes. For this price, at least the fruit on offer should be fresh. The pool, the toilets, and the women's changing rooms were not clean. The view from the relaxation room directly onto bird droppings unfortunately doesn't contribute to relaxation either. The only positive aspect: the staff at the wellness reception were very, very polite and helpful. It's a shame, but for that price, we won't be coming back anytime soon.

The Best Hotel and the Best Personal

I thought to share with you our experience at the Kempinski Day Spa. We organized for our family of 6 people a Spa day for Christmas. We had breakfast buffet in the EssTisch restaurant and then spent some time in the spa. It was written in the booking confirmation that we would be “surprised” with a signature cocktail "Green Passion" in the lobby bar K-Lounge. We handed over the vouchers when we ordered the cocktails. Once we we left the bar area, the waiter came after us to ask for 10€ per cocktail. This was the real “surprise” . We were not informed at the time of the booking, at the reception when we paid for the spa day at arrival or in the bar that the cocktails were not complimentary . The spa package advertisement should be corrected online as it is misleading.

Gorgeous modern spa with various saunas, heated indoor and outdoor pools, relaxation areas, two lounges and lots of treatment options. Open to guests of the Kempinski Hotel and public. Separate women-only area. Restaurant with lighter fare and fresh smoothies, too. Highly recommended.
