Daebak Korean BBQ

Came late on a Saturday night and were surprised it was pretty quiet. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. We ordered the Daebak combo with the gold package. Portions were decent for three people, and for once we didn’t leave KBBQ feeling overly stuffed. The samgyeopsal and chadol were really good, and the kalbi, which I usually don’t order but was included in the combo, was surprisingly delicious. Banchan selection was decent, though the kimchi wasn’t good at all. I did appreciate that they serve purple rice. Service was a mixed experience. Our server rushed through cooking all the meat with very little interaction, pushing cooked meat to the side of the grill where some fell onto the tabletop and mixed into the veggies and cheese corn, then adding raw meat that touched the cooked food and vegetables. I would’ve enjoyed the meal more if we were able to cook it ourselves and take our time. The doenjang jjigae included in the gold package was good and generously portioned, but the kimchi jjigae was a bit salty. I also ordered the mul naengmyeon for $16, which was easily a 10/10 despite being pricey. I’d definitely order it again. Atmosphere wise, it has a fun nighttime vibe with music. Worth noting they offer a free bottle of soju for leaving a Google review, which may explain the high number of 5-star reviews. Overall, I’d rate Daebak a 7.5/10. There aren’t many KBBQ options open late, so I’ll probably come back!

Phenomenal. Great quality meat, very quick service. The crushed pear juice was a pleasent suprise for a non-alcoholic option. Get the mixed platter, I recommend both beef and pork! I liked the KPOP being played and I don't even listen to it! Reservation required.

The empty table says enough. We ate everything and then some. We love coming here so much! Every time we’re celebrating something, we come and enjoy ourselves. We always do the beef combo #2 with Dokdo soju. Best time ever! The side dishes and meat are amazing!! Plus they cook it for you which saves us from my terrible cooking skills 😅 PEAR took care of us tonight and she was amazing! No regrets coming here ever - we take all our friends whenever they’re in town! Seriously tho-you will have a great time here! 🥳🙌

Daebak Korean BBQ had a great experience overall. Service was excellent — they cook the meats and even the soup for you, which made the meal feel really relaxed and enjoyable. The ambience is beautiful and inviting, and the meat quality was genuinely great. We did the Premium combo for 4 people and the portions were solid. Total came out to about $210 with tax and tip, which felt reasonable for the quality and experience. It’s not AYCE, but the combo bundles are usually enough food and give a better curated selection. Giving it 4 stars for now — with a little more variety/options on the menu, it would easily be a 5-star spot.

Daebak Korean BBQ delivered an outstanding dining experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and offered a great variety of meats and traditional Korean side dishes. Watching the food being cooked right in front of us made the experience even more enjoyable. The bar had a great selection of drinks, and everything paired perfectly with the meal. The ambiance was warm, energetic, and welcoming—perfect for a family dinner, date night, or gathering with friends. What truly stood out was the great service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, and great service.
