The kimchi here is the best for me. When it's fresh, it's great with rice. After about a week, I make pork kimchi with it. The flavor matures as you let it sit in the refrigerator. Olive kimchi is my current favorite.
I visited just before 6pm on a holiday. Even though it was nearing the end of the day, the kimchi was still well-stocked and neatly arranged, making it easy to choose. It's also packed in bags so there's no risk of spills. Paper bags are free, but plastic bags are available for a fee. They also accept cashless payments such as credit cards. The flavors are very simple. It's not too spicy, so it's perfect for those who prefer milder flavors. It has a hint of sesame. ・Changja ・Squid Kimchi ・Baechu Kimchi
This kimchi is highly recommended for those who like "not too sweet," "not too spicy," and "quick pickles"! It has a lightly pickled flavor, but it's also rich! Even though I'm Japanese, I've always disliked Japanese kimchi, and this is the flavor I finally found to my liking! For something a little more unique, the yam kimchi is a perfect match with the yangnyeom. ◎ It's so easy to eat and you can eat a lot, but it's a shame it's a bit pricey. I wish they had the extra-large commercial size.
