Very rancid vibes in this place. They treated my group like they didn’t even want us there even though we were paying for songs and drinks. Also they acted like we did something wrong when we asked for water??? We also had to bribe them to play a song (that we paid for mind you!) because someone earlier in the night (before we even arrived) played that same song. We needed another table to accommodate our group and the waitress was throwing the chairs around and huffing like she was put out that guests needed a place to sit?? All around just terrible service. ALSO what is with the very weird and cryptic sign warning “don’t get roofied”! Why would you need signage for that, are people spiking drinks there regularly??? It put me on edge. They also had a two drink MAXIMUM, which your policy is your policy but just fueled the strict, uncomfortable atmosphere of the place. Hands down the worst karaoke spot I’ve been to. They clearly don’t like or want customers.

Overcharged me by $20 from what was stated on the actual bill vs credit card. I bought the same 2 drinks twice and both times I was overcharged by $10 from what was stated on on the bill. When I mentioned it to the owner she was aggressive and bartender was dismissive until I showed them my credit card charges. They ended up voiding the charge and then charging me the correct amount, but the ordeal was handled as if I was the inconvenience and left a bad taste in my mouth.

The drink prices are high and you must spend at least $20 per person. If someone put a drink for you on their tab, you still have to spend $20 on your tab. My 2 drinks came to $29 dollars. karaoke 🎤 cost $5 for 2 songs. This prices are normal for SanFrancisco but outrageous to the average tourist. I had a great time! The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.

While the bartender and DJ were great and the atmosphere is fun by default (it is a karaoke bar), the owner’s behavior seriously detracts from the experience. Throughout the night, the owner personally harassed multiple patrons for ordering water and for allegedly not being “good customers,” based purely on her own assumptions rather than facts. Although the sign states there is a 2-drink minimum, the clear impression given was that the owner expects customers to order a large amount of drinks, sing one or two songs, and then leave — and that anything outside of that pattern (asking for water, staying longer, or pacing yourself) is unacceptable. For context, I personally ordered 5 drinks and sang 6 songs, and was still harassed. This is poor business practice. Customers should not feel monitored, judged, or pressured by the owner when they are actively spending money and participating. The owner should seriously reevaluate how she interacts with patrons, because this approach discourages people from staying, returning, or recommending the establishment. It’s a decent spot if you’re with a large group, but be warned: even as a paying customer, you may be hounded by the owner based on her own prejudices rather than your actual behavior.

Fun karaoke where you sing in front of everyone. It’s $5 cash for 2 songs or $3 for 1 song. There’s a 2-drink minimum. The chairs are a bit too high for the tables, and the cocktails aren’t great—definitely stick to beer. That said, the vibes are amazing and make the experience worth it. 🎤🍻
