Front desk told us it was a 30 min wait for a room. After 1 hour we asked him how much longer and he said he would put us in a room in 5 - 10 minutes. After waiting for an extra 20 minutes we left. It would have been great if they told us there was no availability instead of making us wait for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
One star off only because the smaller capacity rooms get hot really easily! But they do have AC (only helpful if you’re not moving around a lot!) The booking experience was nice and easy, but for larger groups I do recommend making a reservation! (6+) They don’t serve food but you can bring your own food and snacks for a small cleaning fee. ($10 approximately) You can create your own karaoke playlist on YouTube and email it to them so that it is accessible during your reservation, which I did, and it was great! Highly recommended if you can make a reservation a few days ahead of time. Parking on Bloor is terrible so make sure to leave yourself plenty of time before you arrive to find a spot. They do have family friendly rooms available on the 3rd floor which doesn’t serve alcohol so keep that in mind if you want something family friendly. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend!
My friend and I walked in around 10pm on Sunday and we got a room right away! The employee was very friendly. We got a larger room with alcohol for the price of a smaller one – how kind! This place offers both youtube and regular karaoke versions (we used the regular version which was also easy to navigate). This has been my go-to karaoke spot! We will definitely be back!
Lots of problems. Only one person working there on a Friday night. We had a reservation but the room we were given had faulty equipment. The TV kept losing connection. So we got moved to another bigger room. It only worked for a few songs before the internet died. The one guy working tried see what was going on but never did figure it out. We got one hours worth refund minus the $5 service charge. Everything looked pretty worn down. Equipment and wifi unreliable. Regret giving this place a try
This has long been my favourite karaoke bar in toronto- they have both drinking and non drinking rooms, along with lots of songs from both YouTube and ktv. The drinks are reasonably priced and it's very close to the subway. And service has always been warm and welcoming (very chill). The only slight down side is that they only take cash or etrans so it can be a bit weird of a payment process- but this is remedied by the atm inside :)
