What locals say
Excellent shop, it has a good variety of food, sweets and kitchenware. Prices are OK, and it's very crowded at the weekends but it worth it!
It's a colored store. Full of snacks and lots of types of 'Bento' (Japanese food to-go). Price is not so attractive itself, but there are plenty of Japanese soda, food, sauces to compare with other stores in the street.
Nice Japanese shop; has lots of items from kitchenware to all kinds of foods (mostly Japanese), snacks, teas etc. Well organized but always crowded on weekends. Although the line-ups are long, they're efficient so it goes quite fast.
Even with quarantine the place supplies amazing goods from many parts of the world: UE, Japan, Latin America. I love buying tea, chocolate and other amazing thing there. Please, be patient as it's a large store and you need to pay attention while looking for something.
Great selection, great service and great prices. What more could one ask for. I know. A butcher and fish monger on premises. But probably too much to ask for. They have a freshly stocked case with better sushi than the nearby restaurants and a counter where they make yakisoba and other dishes while you wait. Great price on my sinful delight - marzipan imported from Germany. Hirota Foods charged double ,when they have it.
