Janeth did an amazing job combining deep tissue work with stretching techniques to release all the knots and tension I had built up. She was attentive, professional, and really knew how to target the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling so much lighter, relaxed, and recovered. The entire team was also very attentive, welcoming, and able to communicate in English, which made the experience even more comfortable. They also gave great recommendations based on what I needed. Highly recommend Janeth and the team if you’re looking for a great massage experience.

I had an amazing experience at Dharma Roma Condesa. I booked the Dharma massage with the rose bath and it was exactly what I needed. Karen was incredible. I’ve been really sore from long hours sitting at work and from working out, and she did an amazing job working through the knots in my back. Her touch was perfect—soft and relaxing overall, but firm and precise in the areas that needed deeper work. It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep during the massage, which almost never happens for me. The location was easy to find, booking was simple, and the staff were very accommodating. They were flexible with adjusting my appointment time and even got things started smoothly when I arrived early. Overall, such a calming and professional experience. I highly recommend Karen and would definitely come back the next time I’m in Mexico City.

Greatest experience I could have imagined from a Spa for a serious deep tissue massage. Yadhira was my masseuse and I can’t tell you how great . If you want a DEEP tissue massage like I requested, you won’t be disappointed. The place is very clean and nice ambiance. My wife and daughter also loved bed it.
