Love this place. Great location, friendly service and I enjoy the music selection. I also like that we can bring our own alcohol. This has easily become my to go karaoke spot with friends.

If you want to be KICKED OUT of your room with no reminder and front desk rolling her eyes at you, this is the place to go. They care nothing about customer experience and won’t remind you when time is up. All they say when they kick you out is we can’t control our online reservation so please leave :) Strongly recommend this place if you want your Saturday night ruined😬

Very poor customer service. We came in at 7:00 PM and asked for a room STARTING FROM two hours. The front desk never asked whether we wanted to extend our session, never explained any policy about reservations, and never gave us any heads-up that the room might be reassigned. Then at around 9:30 PM, a staff member suddenly walked into our room and told us we had to leave because someone had made an online reservation. Seriously? We were already there, spending money, and nobody even bothered to ask if we wanted to extend before accepting another booking. To me, it's common sense and basic customer service to check with the guests who are already on-site before giving away their room. Instead, we were basically kicked out in the middle of our night with no warning. The whole situation felt poorly managed and disrespectful to customers. If you're planning to come here, don't assume you'll be given the opportunity to extend your session or that the staff will communicate with you properly.

Queue system and sound quality are great, the small room is still really spacious and everything is clean and well-maintained! Shout out to Ivan for accommodating our last minute booking we appreciate you Ivan

I love that you can bring your own food and drinks ($5 charge per person for alcohol). I had the Daft Punk room for 8 people. The folks that check you in are friendly and great customer service. The song selection was great with variety of languages, genres, artists and eras, sound system was good. With the space and bodies in there it can get toasty with the singing, dancing, and drinking. I run very warm so at one point had to step out to get air. This was my first time here and we were celebrating the holidays and the start of a 2 week work break. I am definitely coming back.
