I had a great experience in this store. I was able to find an ingredient that I've been searching for for awhile. The staff was very friendly. The lighting is a bit dim, but I found the store to be quite calming. I will return.
Great selection of items. Could use a bit more organization. I enjoy coming here when picking up a handful of items. It beats those long lines of your larger supermarkets. Independently owned, and a lot to look at. The only negative thing is make sure you look at items that may have expired on the Shelf. This however is my favorite place to buy African black soap.
Came in looking for Thai tea ingredients not knowing much. One of the ladies at the front walked me to exactly what I needed and even shared some tips on making the drink. Very kind and very reasonable pricing
What an actual dump. Looks like a flea market threw up in a garage. Fridge where they keep refrigerated items was barely cool. I bought one thing, and when I got home I realized that they had scrubbed off the expiration date!!😡 Avoid this place!!
The First Oriental Market may not look like much on the outside, but they have a ton of products available inside. We found many of our favorite items from Japan and Thailand. The prices here are great compared to many other Asian markets we have visited. The staff was friendly and helpful.
