I threw my birthday party here in the room Wine Stand which comfortably fit all 17 of us. Every part of the space and service exceeded my expectations. Glenn was a pleasure to communicate with before and after the reservation and the servers were all very kind and efficient. I toured the room before the party and highly suggest you go for a tour because the rooms are so spacious and elegant in person! All of my guests had an amazing time and were raving about the room. I personally found the $50 clean up fee for outside food reasonable because we bought in tons of food so there was a bit of a clean up. All of the rooms in the buildings were rented and seeing all the other parties going on just added to the fun vibe of the place! I highly recommend this place
I booked the Grape Juice room for my birthday and had an amazing time! Glenn was super accommodating and responsive, making my booking go smoothly. The karaoke system is easy to use and had every single song under the sun. The room held 18 of my guests comfortably, and was great for pictures! 5/5 stars and more, we will definitely be back and recommend everyone to go!
Went there for my birthday last night with a group of friends and it was great! The man who checked us in (I’m not sure I got his name) was super helpful and accomodating to us and made sure to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly throughout the night. The sound system was great, the room was so cute and we had such a great time!!
So many better karaoke spots in Toronto, wouldn’t come back here. Owners are rude- they tried to accommodate our room change which was kind but lots of snarky comments, we could tell they were annoyed by any questions or concerns we had. Some of the rooms really are awkward for karaoke (for $$$). A lack of transparency with regards to pricing. Overall very expensive for what you get.
The vibes were immaculate! Really great karaoke space, fairly large and comfortable. They had a cool drink ordering system. The owners were really cool. Can’t wait to come back!
