I've been this karaoke so many times and recommend to the other but recent visit was very disappointed and I will never go to this karaoke or won't recommend to the others. I am not sure if owner was having a bad day or not but she had attitude and rude. I understand weekend is always busy so before we got a room, we mention we will sing minimum 2 hours. After little over 2 hours, she came into the room and said you guys sing more than 2 hours !!! Sing this last song and get out because other group is waiting. (with attitude). We were shocked when she said that. If you are the owner, you cannot talk to customer like that. Also don't frown your face when you talk to customer. If you are the owner, you are the face of your business. Very disappointed. fix your attitude !
This is the best no-frills old school noraebang spot in town. Rooms are clean, all the tech works, prices are reasonable, and Jodie is a superstar behind the bar. I have been to a few karaoke spots in town and always find myself returning “home” to Freezone. Thank you so much for the good times!!!
Lemme tell you something. ...BEST private karaoke in Toronto!!! It's simple, it's chill. You can connect to Youtube so you basically have access to EVERY SONG EVER, even if no one has even made a karaoke version yet. ...i finally got to sing the Wii Shopping Channel Song! So come here, best prices for the time and room size, and you're surrounded by great food options in Koreatown!
Got here and asked for when they closing they said it depends. Asked for 1 room, they said sorry, don't have it. 1 group came after us and asked the same question they said, "Wait a min. I have no idea why the discrimination cous this the first time I came here. It's not how u run a business choosing whom to let in and not base on people ethnicity.
This karaoke place is so amazing. All the staff members are very friendly and provide customers with great service. They offer two options for singing: Youtube or the karaoke machine. The karaoke has a lot of drinks like pop, alcohol and even mixed drinks. And they are also very cheap and resonabley priced. The only thing is there are fewer SKUs for food and snacks. They have Korean instant noodles and chips. However, we can order food on Uber eats by ourselves or get take-out from nearby restaurants.
