Abyssmal quality. The rooms dont have sound dampeners so my party had the other room sing over us and a holw in the door for sound to leak. Waste of money. Disappointing. There are better ones literally across the street

Unsafe environment especially for women. A male employee showed me where the bathroom stall was and that same employee opened the stall door to look at me using the toilet after I thought I had locked the door. I told management and they said they would look into it but never got back to me. I DO NOT recommend, stay safe and try elsewhere for kareoke!

Gagopa Karaoke is a great spot with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and enjoy singing. The BYOB system is a big plus and keeps the prices very affordable compared to other karaoke places. I especially liked that they have a wide selection of English songs which made the experience even better. The rooms are clean and the overall vibe is laid back making it perfect for friends casual gatherings or a fun night out without spending too much

It was my friend Laurel 21st birthday 🎂 for how many times she wants and we had a blast after work on a Friday night. The staff were super helpful and I truly recommend 👌🏿

I love this place! Been around forever and there is a reason. I have been dealing with the main core staff and trust me. It matters. In an age where turnover is the norm dedicated employees really matter. KY is the man and if I ever had the need for someone I would hire him without hesitation. My advise for patrons is give what you expect to recieve. You will have the best time ever at a price you cant even compare to any other experience in NYC let alone midtown. BYOB?! What? Bring your own food??!! Really? If you run out you can purchase from them without getting robbed??!! No way!!!..... YES WAY!! Ask for KY. He may buy you a beer if tell him AL GREEN sent you! Respect!
