This is a huge Korean supermarket on Yonge Street. They have pretty much everything here: cosmetic, skincare, homeware, food(raw & processed), plants and food court. Their stuff, especially the fruit is expensive. But let me tell you, it’s worth it. The taste, you cant get somewhere else. It’s ripe nicely, with really thin peel. Super juicy 😍 for some reason it lasts so long too and keeps the same freshness. I didn’t try much except fruit, side dishes, snack & drink. But whatever I bought, I liked. Another thing I liked about Galleria is the late opening hours. I often went there after having dinner. The supermarket is kept very clean & organized. Once in a while they got amazing deals but they sold out quickly. Parking is free and huge. Highly recommend!
This supermarket not perfect, but it is the best central place to grab some Korean foods. You can enjoy Kimbap, snacks, fruits, veggies. Would be nice if there were more ice cream options. There are also plenty of slick designed gifts here that you can get on a budget. I always recommend this as an orientir for any new Korean arrivals to North York or Thornhill!
Really big store with lots of cool items. Their in-store prepared foods is pretty good and reasonably priced too. Cashiers are also quite quick and kind. My only issue is that parking here is a zoo with a lot of drivers not knowing how to park, let alone drive. Prepare your sanity!
Truly one must go to Thornhill for the bigger versions of their local stores. Being used to the Galleria back in Oakville, this one took me by surprise. It's HUGE! And has lots of the same stuff, just more off it, PLUS a bunch of resraurants inside and a full taiyaki station. Worth checking out.
Our go-to place for Korean food products and other Asian goods. I love that they also serve packed hot foods. They have a wide selection of banchan and also korean friend chicken! I wish they have more selections for ready made coffee (the ones that you see in convenience stores in Korea). They also have a bakery inside the supermarket with cute bear cakes. Will always be back.
