This place is spacious and well-organized with a wide variety of Korean groceries and fresh produce. Prices are a bit higher than regular supermarkets, but it’s convenient for finding authentic Korean products. There are also small shops inside, including a Vision optical store, though service can be hit or miss.

Clean, organized, and stocked with the best Korean snacks and fresh produce. The food court is a hidden gem for a quick, authentic lunch. It’s my favorite spot in the city for a high-quality grocery run.

There was a period when we visited this location almost daily for several weeks because we enjoyed the food and found the cashiers to be very polite and friendly. However, we recently had a very disappointing experience. My wife purchased a product without realizing it was not what she intended to buy. When we returned to exchange or return it — unopened and unused — we were met with the worst customer service we have ever experienced at this store. Initially, we were told that the package had been opened, which was simply not true. An older manager then came to handle what should have been a simple and quick process. Instead, it turned into a 15–20 minute unpleasant interaction. Not only was he rude, but at one point he told me to “DON’T SPEAK,” which I found extremely disrespectful and upsetting. I sincerely hope this treatment was not influenced by the fact that we are not Korean. Customer service should be respectful and consistent for everyone. Management should ensure staff are properly trained in customer service standards and professional etiquette, especially within a North American business environment. In the end, when I was ready to simply throw the product away out of frustration, they finally accepted the return. It is not complicated to determine whether a product has been opened — this should take only a few minutes. Instead, it required 10 minutes and involved multiple staff members, which suggests a lack of proper training and decision-making authority. Additionally, today I was spoken to sharply by a staff member at the bean cake section because I did not understand her accent. Despite that, I remained polite and respectful. I believe all customers deserve patience and courtesy. To be clear, the cashiers and the ladies in the coffee section have always been kind and professional. I appreciate their service. However, I hope management will review customer service training to ensure that all customers are treated with equal respect.

I came here for dinner on a weekday night and had a great experience! The food court is a nice surprise – I ordered the pork bone soup along with sushi and drinks, and everything was delicious. The atmosphere was very relaxing since it wasn’t too busy in the evening, though I know it can get packed on weekends and during lunch with office workers from across the street. One of the best things about this place is the food court – you can grab hot food to go, and the prices are very reasonable. Pro tip: after 6 PM, most items go on sale for about 30% off, which makes it an amazing deal if you want to save a bit of money. Super convenient spot for dinner or quick shopping.

Attended the Kimchi class. Need to buy a Kimchi kit first. There was a short presentation about kimchi at the beginning, then the instructor guided us step-by-step to make the kimchi. The instructor is from South Korea and is professional. After the kimchi was done, we had a so called ‘kimchi buffet’. Kimchi served with pork, fruit and rice was so delicious. They said a new branch will be opened in Yonge & Hilda soon, and some new cooking classes will be launched. I definitely will join.
