What locals say
One of the rudest Korean beauty companies I’ve dealt with. I sent an email months ago and never received a response. The manager is never available to speak, and when I call, staff have even hung up while I was talking. I’ve purchased products from this company and recommended them to others in the past, but I won’t be doing so anymore. The level of customer service shows a clear lack of respect for customers.
I got really good, non-pushy, honest customer service here. When I asked what else was included in one of their offers, the Assistant said nothing that would suit my skin type but guided me towards other sale items that would work for me. I really appreciated the appraisal of my skin and honesty in what products would work for me, which was a selection of pricey, reasonable and inexpensive products. I've also had my nails done here which was a good experience. Definitely worth a visit if you're into Korean skincare.
Comprehensive selection of K-beauty and skincare that is actually used by people in Korea. Super helpful staff and great prices. The only small niggle I have is that they don’t have testers for their shampoos and body lotions (it would be nice to smell before buying). Even so, all my purchases have been hits rather than misses. Love having a convenient place to buy authentic K beauty and skincare!
The store is quite spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated in a cute pink theme with a wide range of skincare and makeup products. There’s even a tea bar and a nail salon inside. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about skincare and different skin concerns. Every product they have recommended to me so far has been very nice and has genuinely improved my skin issues. I especially love the products I’ve been using from Banobagi. I will definitely come back and repurchase many times! 🥰
Got a luxury jelly pedicure. The filing and buffing of the toenails and the jelly soaking was good. But the cuticle care, and the skin filing and smoothing was well below what i expected. The use those one-time use purple foot files for skin filing, which are incredibly low quality and do not help with smoothing at all. Within 30 mins of leaving the salon my feet looked like they hadn’t got a pedicure in months. I would suggest using better skin filers like a lot of other salons do (and most people have at home). The description of the service says “hard skin filing and smoothing”. That was definitely not the case. The venue is clean and staff are nice. There is a massage chair. For me it wasn’t pleasant and my shoulder blades hurt now. Overall average experience.
