I don’t recommend ordering from them. My parcel was stolen last week and I contacted Glam Touch several times about it. Still no response Edit in response to Glam Touch: Yes, I did contact you over the weekend - as soon as I found out my parcel was stolen. However, an acknowledgment to say that my query had been picked up on the Monday would have been helpful. It was only after I wrote my review days later that you responded to my query.

The shop is quite small but very tidy, cute, and well-organised, with a wide range of skincare and makeup products. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about skincare and different skin types. All the products recommended to me so far have been very effective and have helped improve my skin concerns significantly. The quality of the products is genuinely excellent. I especially love the products from Banobagi as they work really well for my skin. I will definitely come back and repurchase many times! 😊
