I purchased chicken on April 2nd, and when I started preparing it on April 3rd, it had a very strong spoiled smell. The expiration date was listed as April 9th, so this was clearly not acceptable, and I had to throw it away. I’m sharing this feedback so this issue doesn’t get overlooked. Product freshness and quality control are extremely important, and I hope H Mart takes this more seriously to ensure customers are not sold spoiled products. I love H Mart but I didn’t expect this at all.

Haven't visited this location in quite some time and, was pleasantly surprised. What i intended to be a quick visit, ended with me leisurely perusing every isle. The fruit and vegetable selection was amazing, the shrimp were massive, and the seedlings for the garden were inexpensive, robust and healthy. Will definitely put this location down for regular visits from now on.

The store offers a wide variety of fresh produce, fish, and meats, and the prices are generally reasonable. You can also find a lot of regional products and some unique items that you wouldn’t typically see in a local market, which makes the shopping experience interesting. However, the quality of produce can be inconsistent. I noticed some pre-cut fruits had fungus, and a few vegetables didn’t look fresh. If you're visiting just for fruits and vegetables, there doesn’t seem to be a significant price advantage compared to other stores, so it may not be worth a special trip. The fish section is a strong point in terms of availability, but it could be improved with better customer service overall. One highlight is the Tous Les Jours bakery cafe inside the store—it’s excellent. The products are fresh, and the customer service there stands out as much better compared to the rest of the store.

I went here to shop thinking I finally found a farmers market close to home since I moved from snellville to here in Suwanne. What I found f was absolutely atrocious. Produce section smelled of rotted food and most of the produce was old and molded. Upon entering the meat section we found old meat discolored meat and all shrimp whiting and salmon was farm raised. When I got to the register to pay for ice-cream Iet the attendee know their food is old and molded and she just pretended not to hear I repeated it again which she then said ooh ok. So I went back and took pictures and a small video. I came back and let the man at customer service know and he thanked me for telling him and said he'd take care of it. My thing is this there's no way they did not know its way too much rotted produce and you can smell it!! I will never shop here. Num Dae Mun Farmers Market is your best bet!!!

This was my third time going to H Mart grocery. I like to stop in on my way home from Alabama. It's a great way to take a break from driving. Walk around and shop at this wonderful grocery store. They have so many unique items that would never be in my local stores. There are other Asian grocery stores in the area. But this one is large. The unusual produce and vegetables that you can get are great. They have a really good seafood and fish market. They also have a nice home goods section. Even health and beauty section up at the front of the store. On my way out, I stopped at this section and they had an assortment of beauty face mask ten per package, buy one get one free. 20 Korean face masks, for twenty dollars. Enough to share with my girlies. Stop in if you get a chance and shop around, you won't be disappointed.
