Groceries in Los Angeles.
What locals say
I’ve been their customer for two decades. They carry almost every Korean favorite, including popular Korean products and snacks. One downside is that it’s almost always crowded, and the parking lot is often full and hard to find a spot. Still, this is my go-to Korean market because the staff are always friendly and the produce, fruits, vegetables, and meats are consistently fresh. Highly recommended.
The best Korean market in LA.
The produce here is fresh and reasonably priced, which I’ve always appreciated. However, I had an uncomfortable experience with one of the cashiers that left a bad impression. It felt like she assumed I wouldn’t have enough money to pay, and when my card went through without any issue, she seemed surprised. When I pointed out that I knew I had the funds, she simply brushed it off. It was disappointing, especially since this is my local store. Unfortunately, that interaction has made me reconsider coming back.
Came here for a quick grocery run. Great selection, seems clean from the 20 mins we spent quickly perusing. Would come back again when we need Korean or Asian food items! They also had fresh kimbap, mochi, sushi bowl.
I was impressed by its variety of Korean and Asian products. I bought several goodies, both frozen and non-frozen, although I haven't tried them all yet. My friend loved the Daikon Kimchi I got. It's a great spot to check out, but it feels a bit cramped, so I recommend going early if you're claustrophobic. They also have weekly sales.
