The mille crepe was absolutely delicious. I waited about 20 minutes to be seated. The drinks came out fairly quickly after ordering, but the cake took around 30 minutes to arrive. I honestly thought they were baking and slicing the cake to order! 😅 My friend’s hot tea had completely cooled down by the time the cake was served. When we asked for some hot water, it felt like they were warming it up drop by drop… It seems that everything you order here takes around 30 minutes to come out. I ended up ordering another mille crepe because it was so good — that one also took exactly 27 minutes. I’m still not sure why it takes so long just to slice and serve a cake. Other branches don’t take this much time, but still, since it’s very tasty, I recommend ordering everything you want at once rather than adding later.

Harbs was always a great place for the afternoon tea in the past. People would like to enjoy their tea in a quite manner and place with decent decoration. After Harbs has become so popular, the retaurant is always crowded with people. You will not enjoy your tea in such a noisy environment. The decoration at Daimaru has been old already. Even though cakes are in different varieties, people only like Milled Crepe. Other cakes are a little bit creamy, however still yummy. If you choose Harbs for the afternoon tea, please prepare yourselves to wait for a long time and come earlier.

Definitely one of the worst dining experience i had in Osaka. Drinks and food are just so-so, defo can’t live up to its price and reputation, the worst part is we had to wait for literally 25min for our coffee and cake(which was already made, all they had to do is take it out from the fridge). The one drink per head policy is equally ridiculous. The three of us wanted to had two piece of cakes and a cup of coffee, but no everyone had to order specifically a drink. We wanted to try their fruit cake at first, they said it’s sold out, but somehow people came in after us keep ordering it(my guess is we waited too long for our stuff they got time to make a new batch) Don’t waste your time if u came to osaka, many better option

Absolutely terrible experience here. As a foreigner don’t come here, you will be treated as second class, the wait staff took over 30 minutes to bring us our drinks. There were 2 tables that were seated one either side of us and they received their drinks, appetizers, and main entree before our drinks came. It wasn’t until 45 minutes of waiting when I had to flag down a wait staff to ask where our drinks were before any progress was made. Once we finally got the small cake slice we ordered for my girlfriend’s birthday it not only was the worst cake we’ve ever eaten but it looked nothing like how it was advertised on the photos. 20 minute wait to get in, 45 minute wait for drinks and the entire time we are receiving dirty disguised looked by all the Japanese because we are American. FOREIGNERS DO NOT COME HERE!!!! There is a crepe shop a block away that was 10000x better

Each person needs to order a drink, and cake doesn't count. The cake was first served with hoil wrapped around it. We had to remove it ourselves as the server said the hoil cannot be removed to remain its shape. We found this quite unpleasant, as this means our cake's condition was hard to keep shape. Leaving the cafe we were able to spot a cake melting, like ours. However the cake was amazing. The sweet soft cream with fresh fruit is nice. want to visit another time(earlier) before the cake has all melted.
