My second time back for the hair spa, I tried the added on keratase today and then love the exact experience tremendously. It was a great experience and Jannice was super gentle yet she had strong massage and solid service. She was very patient to explain each step as well and she will scan your scalp to explain first have to take care of the scalp and hair. I fell asleep during the session as it was very pampering and comfortable.i will return for scalp treatment soon.

Had a really great head spa and facial with Carol. She’s very gentle, knowledgeable, and professional, and the whole session was super relaxing. I felt refreshed afterward and really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend — will definitely come back to her again. 😊

Brought my wife to the spa for her birthday. She told me Pond attended to her. The facial was not painful at all, she uses light technique and achieved deep cleansing effect by using multiple tools. My wife also experienced hair care, where Pond washes her scalp multiple times and my wife felt her hair is much lighter and softer. Pond also explained in detail on the processes so she understands the rationale and hair care. I sat outside with my toddler. Not only I was served a refreshing cup of iced latte, the staffs were very friendly and often came to play with my son. If there’s a 6 star, I will give it to them. Fantastic birthday experience.

I had my head spa session with Chorom Kang and Caroline, and they were both incredibly kind and gentle throughout the entire process, which made it so easy to relax. I’ve been to head spas in Korea before, and this experience was just as good! I especially loved how the session began with deep breathing using aroma oil — it really helped me unwind and release stress. Since it was a scalp-focused treatment, I didn’t expect much change in my hair texture, but even after washing my hair at home, it felt surprisingly smooth and soft. That was such a pleasant surprise! They also took the time to dry and style my hair after the session, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a relaxing and refreshing experience. I’d definitely love to come back again!
