Terrible, charged me $6.5 for a $3.5 jelly, the receipt is absolutely unclear, will not come again and don’t recommend. Should go to T&T, things are much cheaper 😅
It's a shame my phone died right before i go in here because there's a lot of neat stuff to see. Great selection of soft and coffee drinks, lots of snacks and meals to go (curry omelet looked nice), a whole corner dedicated to Cup Noodle, but what REALLY stood out to me was the front plates section with all the fake display food (or "sampuru"). That spaghetti with the floating fork one is SO COOL!!! 🍝 Don't know if they were for sale though.
The restaurant offers half portion option for you to mix and match. Ramen broth was ok but noodle and curry were pretty meh. About 2 out of 5. They do have decent varieties of fukujinzuke and I like their karaage chicken.
An awesome Japanese market located in J-Town Markham. A true Japanese specialty store with lots of interesting snacks, cup and bowl noodles, and packaged food available here. Pretty fresh items with decent expiration dates on the products. Great KitKat selections from here that are not available at local or chain retailers. Feels like visiting Japan without taking a plane. Fun place to visit. Definitely recommended.
My favourite spot for the last 9 years, it has way more selections and stuff you can't find at T&T (or any Chinese market) and Sanko mart couldn't even compare either. To top it off, lots of potteries, decor and so much more !
