Very popular and busy place in Ktown, but my friend and I were able to get in fairly quickly without a reservation. The bossam, kimchi jeon, and the vegetable and tofu hot pot were all delicious and an excellent combo. We also tried the lychee cocktail which tasted amazing and is perfect for people like me who dislike the taste of alcohol. The only weak point was the banchan, especially the kimchi. I don’t know if it usually tastes this way, but the kimchi was super salty and difficult to eat unless you diluted it in soup. Otherwise, great food and amazing service. Shoutout to our server who was very kind and accommodating. I would love to come back and try their other specials!

This is for two different visits lunch and brunch. Service was excellent they were friendly and took the allergies serious. For lunch I was able to get a seat during the week I was there 5 mins before opening and the tables filled up fast so I recommend a reservation or getting there right at opening for brunch we had a reservation and it still filled up fast. The lunch was absolutely delicious the bossam is the best ive had super tender the right amount of fat to mest ratio,the sides are fresh and filling and rhe budae was flavorful and filling. For the brunch the food was also fresh delicious and filling the risotto is creamy and umami the bulgogi was juicy tender and flavorful the coffee fish fritters also a fav huge pieces that are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside with a yummy starter sauce,the croquet was creamy and delicious. For brunch they have a lovely peach matcha thats only available for brunch its a must get then the lychee cocktail is pretty and tasty and the hallabong spritz is fruity and lovely. We got both desserts and they were also worth it the tiramisu was creamy and the raspberry wine in it 😋 great combo, the ice cream was not overly sweet and the matcha crumbs along with the dried fruit added nice texture. I definitely recommend trying this restaurant its worth all the hype and I look forward to returning for dinner.

Pork belly is a must get! It was so yummy, it melted in my mouth. I also lovedddd the galbi, which was extremely flavorful. The salad on the side was done tastefully too. The seafood stew was okay, I’m not a huge seafood stew fan so I feel like the meal fell short because of it. Take this rating with a grain of salt. Bibimbap was yummyyy, but I had better ones at a more economical price before so I couldn’t get myself to give the place 5 stars. The banchan was nice, though I’ve been to places in Ktown that provide unlimited banchan so I was surprised at how small the portions were/how limited they were. I like the salted greens the best, though the kimchi came second. The potato salad was too sweet for my liking, but a Korean classic.

They do have larger tables, but expect a 15–20 mins wait during busy hours. Recommend for calling a reservation. What we ordered: 1. Hana Makgeolli – Hands down the best rice wine I’ve ever had 😭 So smooth and flavorful, everyone at the table couldn’t stop talking about it. 2. Kimchi Pancake – 10/10. Loved the cheesy, crispy texture. 3. Shrimp & Pepper Pancake – 8/10. Pretty good, but similar to what you’d find at other spots. 4. Seafood Tofu Hot Pot (spicy 🌶️) – 100/10. The soup is so so so good 😭, make sure to eat while it’s still hot. 5. BBQ Meat + Chicken 🔥 too, but I cant eat meat so no comment. Big Bonus Bonus Bonus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Even during peak hours, they helped us switch to a bigger table. I had been dying to check this place out but they seemed to never have a resy available. Thank goodness for my friend who’s a regular there and was able to hook it up. I can see why this place is such a hit. The energy is fun, the food is amazing and the service is so seamless and friendly. My friend took the lead on ordering but I remember the KFC (Korean fried chicken), the corn and cream croquettes, and the garlic chicken bbq bapsang were all amazing. O also ordered the lychee cocktail because why not? The best part? For all that food it cost less than $50 bucks a person. 10/10 would definitely go back.
