We had the prawn minari jeon, yetnal tongdak, cup noodle fried rice, short rib and beef intestine hot pot, as well as the gochujang yukhoe with hashbrown. The main dishes were well-executed and satisfying, while the sides stood out with their depth of flavour and careful balance. In particular, the yukhoe paired with hashbrown and the cup noodle fried rice were both creative and memorable, offering a modern and distinctive touch. On weekdays, they offer a daily special menu with very reasonable pricing, making it even more appealing. Overall, a thoughtfully curated Korean dining experience that I would gladly recommend.

Monday Wagu half price, such a good deal. We love the food there. The meat is very fresh and good quality. The fried chicken is crispy and yummy . We also ordered the hotpot . Really big portion and value of money.

Really enjoyed Hongdae Pocha BBQ – the atmosphere is fun and feels very Korean. Meat quality was impressive, especially the marbled beef. Pork belly was juicy and grilled nicely, and the seafood pancake was crispy and packed with flavour. Service was friendly and it’s a great place for group gatherings. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this place! Hongdae Pocha really brings that authentic Korean street bar vibe to Sydney. The food was packed with flavor — especially the gochujang yukhoe and hashbrown combo, which was surprisingly addictive. The army stew was hearty and perfect for sharing. Great atmosphere for a fun night out with friends, a bit loud but that’s part of the experience. Service was friendly and efficient too. Definitely coming back!

One of the best Korean BBQ spots I’ve been to in Sydney! The meat was super fresh, tender, and cooked perfectly on the grill. You can really taste the quality. The weekday specials (Monday to Thursday) are amazing value and make it even easier to come back regularly. Great food, good service, and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone craving Korean BBQ. Can’t wait for my next visit!
