Came for friend’s birthday party (6ppl), the atmosphere is nice and chill with bgm. We ordered the all you can eat kbbq buffet which was really worth it for £33 per person, you have a time limit of 1.5hours but ngl only started eating 30mins after our reserved time but the staff were okay with it so big ups to them. The food selections are just the classic kbbq cuts (meats are also halal except for the pork) and cooked dishes like fried wings, seafood pancakes, Korean rice cakes, and also more. It may not look like a lot of options but trust me we were all full to the brim. We also booked their karaoke which was for 2hours but needed to bank transfer the deposit of £25 per person to the boss so your booking for karaoke can be confirmed. This deposits was deducted from our final bill that includes the buffet. However, in the karaoke, you won’t be able to find every song but most mainstream songs are available but would be nicer if the table wasn’t sticky. Overall this place is definitely worth coming back for the kbbq and karaoke with your friends and family.
Had bibimbap and bulgogi and they were absolutely delicious! We’ll definitely come back next time to try the bbq as well 🥰 Staff member were so kind and welcoming which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We had such a lovely time thank you. Special thanks to Yuna? (Or Juna sorry I didn’t get it properly) for the amazing service!!
Came to the karaoke and table was so dirty and sticky it left marks on table and my bag, I had to call staff to clean it. Also was tricked into paying 33£ instead of 18£ for the buffet as only hot food buffet is lunch (nowhere on the menu does it say this). The food itself was okay, but would not eat here again. The meat for bbq had been sitting for some time and some cuts of pork(?) had oxidised to green-ish. Also was sat under leaking air conditioning and later on that night got food poisoning. Beware a lot of the 5 star reviews are from a free drinks promotion so don’t accurately reflect the service and quality of food that you get from the restaurant.
Really disappointing experience at Horangee Pocha. The biggest issue was the BBQ — it simply didn’t heat up properly. We spent nearly an hour trying to get it to work while the staff repeatedly insisted it was fine. The food on the grill never actually cooked, and eventually we had to give up and just eat from the buffet. Service didn’t help the situation. The servers were very young and seemed quite inexperienced, and there was little urgency to properly resolve the problem. On top of that, the restaurant was openly asking customers for 5-star reviews in exchange for free drinks, which felt pretty questionable given the actual experience. Overall, frustrating and not good value. Would not return.
Had an amazing experience at Horangee, and a big part of that was thanks to Juna. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Her service was fast, professional, and she had such a positive attitude that made the atmosphere even better. The food was great, but Juna’s customer service honestly stood out the most. She checked in regularly, explained things clearly, and made us feel really welcome. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in London. Thank you Juna! You made our night!
