What locals say
I like this market for variety and convenience. However, they are very aggressive with the security / monitoring, to the point where you feel unwelcome. Definitely need to relax a bit.
Actually, I'm a big fan of all the products. Sadly, the experience was disappointing bcs of the staff's treatment. When we asked them to cook our products, it was like they were annoyed or bothered because of our request, when we asked any of the attendants for specific products, they were so close to being mean that we stopped asking. I find upsetting that the straff's attitude made us not like the place.
Really loved the idea for cooking ramen for us and the little dining area to eat right away
K-Food offers a great selection of Korean products, from delicious snacks and fresh ingredients to unique items you can’t easily find elsewhere. The store is well-organized, and their variety is impressive, making it a haven for anyone who loves Korean cuisine. However, my recent experience at checkout was disappointing. I’m not sure if the staff were having a bad day or if there was a change in personnel, but I felt poorly treated. The cashier gave me unfriendly looks and sighed multiple times, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service and staff attitude could be improved. You can spend around $300–$600 MXN per person, depending on what you buy. In conclusion, K-Food is an excellent place for Korean food lovers, but customer service could definitely be improved to ensure every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
I really like this store. It’s pretty big so it has a large variety of products and I find the prices to be reasonable. Although the staff doesn’t really help you, I haven’t had a negative experience.
