Try to buy a cleanser which i used before but cannot rmb the name so decided to try smth new. 2 of your staff member. 1 hiding in a corner the other attended to me. The one attended to me have an attitude when I asked what's the difference between the 4 cleansers available. She seems very annoyed. That ruined my experience and it's my first time visiting this outlet

The staff are very friendly and making my nails very beautiful with good skill. The staff named Jia hui she is really nice and good skill. Thank you so much for my beautiful nails

I was able to download the app and create a membership however I was told that there is no welcoming kit although in the app it’s says I’m allegeable for it. Very disappointed ☹️

Went down to this particular branch a few days ago and was served by a Malay lady, Aleesha. I was really pleased with her service. She was very helpful and patient in finding what suited my wife needs. I initially wanted to buy just one product for my wife, but ended up leaving with 3 because her upselling skills were really good.
