Very rude staff when calling the outlet Takashimaya today Sunday 26th the girl pick up the call and hang up then later nvr answer the call anymore! Pls be careful it’s a Chinese lady very rude

Staff are so friendly & helpful, especially Lily! She’s patient in explaining me what type of products that suits me, going extra mile to help me get the stuff I need from other outlets, saving me the trip to travel down! Really pleasant experience in this Taka innisfree outlet. :)

Had such a great experience with Jie Yee! She was so helpful in recommending different products for our skin concerns without being pushy. It’s a good place to shop for Korean skincare in Singapore, especially if you enjoy natural-ingredient products at reasonable prices. Would visit again for restocking essentials. The staff were friendly and approachable, offering help when needed but not overly pushy, which I appreciated. They patiently explained the products and gave useful recommendations based on skin concerns. I also liked that testers were available, so I could try items before deciding.
