Reyna and Dani were amazing! Would come back
They gave us a good and kind service and it became a relaxing day. If you're looking for a spa with someone important, it's really recommendable and it must be your day fabulous.
Everyone was very kind. And we felt very relaxed and peaceful. Thanks Fernanda and Lupita
My feet were sore from so much walking while traveling, so I booked the 20 minute foot massage and it was amazing! It was a good price, and I fell asleep on the dark table with the foot massage and relaxing spa music. Thank you, Aide! The location has plenty of spots to shop and eat afterward as well.
I consider myself fairly well-versed in massage and spa treatments, and this was hands down the worst spa experience I’ve ever had. Here are the reasons: 1. Complete lack of instruction or guidance: From the moment we stepped into the spa until the moment we left, we received virtually no instruction on where to go or what to do. When we arrived, the receptionist walked away and left us standing there for a good 10 minutes with no explanation. After the treatment, we were once again left sitting on a couch, unsure of what was happening next. While there may have been a language barrier, even simple instructions would have made a difference. 2. Wrong treatment and significantly reduced service time: You should receive what you pay for. We pre-booked the Inside 2 treatment, which includes: 50 minutes of massage, 20 minutes of lavender hand and foot wrap, 30 minutes of reflexology (Total: 1 hour and 40 minutes). We arrived at 1:50 pm for our 2:00 pm appointment but were not taken to the room until 2:10 pm. The therapists didn’t arrive until 2:30 pm. Instead of the advertised treatments, we received a massage followed by a coffee scrub—which was WITHOUT CONSENT and WAS NOT PART OF THE PACKAGE. The entire service ended around 3:35–3:40 pm, totaling roughly one hour. Not only was the treatment incorrect, but our service time was cut short by about 40 minutes. 3. Poor amenities and unacceptable facilities: After the non-consensual body scrub (which irritated my skin), we were taken to a tiny bathroom that barely fit two people. The bathtub had no hot water, and the drain was clogged, causing dirty water to rise halfway up the tub within minutes—extremely unhygienic. After we complained, we were directed to an outdoor shower with no privacy in 60-degree weather. I never imagined having to shower completely exposed in public in the middle of Mexico City. It was a horrific experience. 4. Lack of professionalism and customer service: We raised all of these concerns at checkout (which occurred at 4:00 pm—only 1.5 hours after our treatment began, despite paying for a 1 hour and 40 minute package). The front desk staff member simply stared at us, offered no apology or explanation, and proceeded to charge me. Overall: This is a terrible spa. We were not offered any wine, cheese, or snacks mentioned in other reviews. I truly do not understand how this place has such high ratings. Save your money and go elsewhere—unless you’re okay standing in filthy bathwater or showering naked in public.
