I prefer Korean or Japanese skincare more thats the reason I came to this place. The staffs work here have way too low knowledge about their products and too mean. I've been to many small shops like this but when I ask something about the skincare products they usually dont know about their products at all. They dont smile and their customer service is way too low. When someone come to ur store buying their products and spend their money, ur knowledge about the products or at least you should smile and present things to the customers. I like the products they have but the service is like so nasty. I would prefer order the skincare online from now on. The girls work there are too mean and zero knowledge about service. U should go to Myer or smt that how people talk to the people.

Great experience!!! Got my foundation the perfect shade within no time, Rita was very hospitable and helped me choose my right shade. She is a sweetheart ❤️ Definitely would recommend to visit this store!!!
