Iron Age Korean Steakhouse - Halcyon

We had a great experience here. They were very busy in a Friday night, but we only waited about 25 minutes to be seated. The meats were fresh and our waitress was attentive to our meats every time our drinks or side dishes were low. The pork bulgogi and the lemon chicken were my favorite by themselves, but the brisket (pictured) was great with some of the sauces on the side. We were there a little over two hours, but we left very full!

Had Hyuk as a server! He was absolutely amazing, attentive, and had quick wit! One of the best server experiences I have ever had, I would highly recommend him to anyone visiting the location on a weekend. He said he truly believed the food at this location versus others is the best. I would argue this location is the best because it has Hyuk lol. Had a strawberry soju cocktail pitcher, and split a mango soju cocktail drink. Would recommend a soju pitcher! Worth it value wise for how much you get out if it!

Not our first time, but the food was indeed amazing as always, always feels like tasting for the first time!!! The atmosphere was great and great lighting, also the environment was clean and elegant. Our server Javier was incredible with the service and speed of delivery of the meats, he was funny and gave his suggestions when I was in confusion. The experience was 100/10 once again!!! Give javi and raise too by the way!!!

My favorite lunch AYCE Korean BBQ Spot I almost exclusively order beef brisket when I go to Korean BBQ restaurants, so the price point of $24 for AYCE is a steal. There are 3 beef options for lunch: beef brisket, beef bulgogi and Hawaiian beef bulgogi. 6 options for pork, and 3 options for chicken. I’ve tried all the beef and chicken options and they’re all really good value for the money. Dinner menu has a bit more variety, they have steak on menu. But because I prefer to pay for better quality cuts of meat, the steak options are irrelevant to me. I spend a lot of money eating at other Wagyu AYCE restaurants, so obviously I can’t say the meat quality here is top notch. But for the price you pay, Iron Age delivers. It’s a decent spot for groups of friends and family to come and enjoy a special dining experience. The price is attractive. Could still be consider pricey for some, but not out of reach like Wagyu. Other than selections of meats, there are vegetarian options as well for lunch. Seafood however, is on the dinner menu only. And dinner is $32 per person. First time dining at Iron Age and it exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and well-seasoned, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff made us feel welcome and took great care of us. We will definitely be back!
