The reception was quite polite. I opted for the 60-minute Thai massage, but the masseuse just rubbed my legs a few times (who had tattoos all over his front and back), then started trying to rush to finish. When I left the place, only 40 minutes had passed.

Okay y’all Jack Spa, one of my favorite places to go when ’m here in Vietnam, just open up this new place. The facility is new. New services on the menu, like the milk bath. Haven’t tried it yet but the service is excellent, just like Jack Spa and it’s in district 1 which is a plus if you don’t want to travel too far. Trust me you won’t regret it coming to this place as they treat you super well.

In many spas in Ho Chi Minh City, the photos and profiles of the boys are completely different from the actual ones. I always order a slim guy by photo, but I always get a fat one. So always disappointed and reluctant to tip minimally However, the boy at this spa today was just as good as his photo and profile, and I was so impressed.The massage technique, hospitality and punctuality were all excellent. I don't know if this is just an issue with only this boy, but I hope it's a sincere policy of this spa. I would love to come back to this spa again.

Terrible service. The pictures didn't match. The staff demanded very high tips and were constantly on their phones while working. I was very disappointed and didn't feel like I was having a relaxing time. I will never come back. I would prefer Tarzan Spa and MB Spa, which are better.

The response to my massage reservation was very quick and helpful. At the reception, I was given an explanation about the type of massage, the included service, and the amount of tip to be paid depending on the service. I requested a masseur named Hào. His massage skills were not particularly good—but ok. Since the actual service I received was completely different from what I had been told at reception, when the masseur asked me to write the tip amount on the form, I wrote 100,000 VND. The masseur smiled but did not say any dissatisfaction. However, when I went to the reception desk, I was told to pay the minimum tip of 300,000 VND. I explained that this was not what had been explained to me initially, but they insisted that because it was written as the minimum tip on the menu, I had to pay. So I paid reluctantly. Just in case, I sent feedback about what had happened via the WhatsApp chat I had used when making the reservation. In their reply, they offered that next time I could revisit and only pay the tip without being charged the massage fee. However, I declined because I did not feel like paying 300,000 VND for an unskilled massage, and my stay in Ho Chi Minh City is short this time, so I did not want to waste my time. Please be aware that a minimum tip may still be required even if it differs from the explanation given at reception.
