Went there on 5/11/2026 for a few hours and liked it so much I went back on 5/13. I'm visiting from out of town and needed something to do the first day I went. This was my first time experiencing a place like this, and being in a nudity required location to use the men's facilities. I love a steam room, sauna, cold plunge and was glad to see they offered those, plus a hot tub and warm tub. The location was clean, affordable, and felt comfortable. As a gay man, I felt that this was a safe space for anyone. The noise level was overall quiet with a few conversations occurring here and there but it didn't disrupt the experience. The co-ed locations were awesome. I love the number of salt rooms and ice room. Everyone respected that it was a quiet and relaxing space. I also got a 60 minute massage and it was great. If I lived in the area, I'd visit regularly. Before you go, visit their website because it clearly explains what you can expect for your visit.

Great place. I have gotten massages here and it felt amazing. Clientele is nice. Everything is so clean and the floors are heated. Keep in mind the areas that are gender specific require complete nudity but that is normal in saunas so just a warning for people who are not used to nudity in public. The co-ed areas are completely clothed with clothing provided at the front. The staff is always so nice. One thing I wish they had was a yearly subscription. I would totally sign up.

This is a really cool and unique Spa! Most areas are coed so you can go with your significant other however, the Turkish bath areas are separated by sex for obvious reasons because they require full nudity. There are definitely some pros and cons. I will start with the positive. There are tons of therapeutic things to experience, including amethyst/jewel encrusted saunas, charcoal saunas, silver and gold saunas, salt, saunas, an ice room, Turkish baths, etc. There is also a large indoor pool, gym, and a nail salon. I opted to get a one hour reflexology foot and leg massage which was phenomenal. I also chose the one hour acupressure body massage, which was incredible. I love how it’s 24 hours so you can just take your time and experience everything. I loved being able to go from a sauna to an ice room to a Turkish bath after my massages to try to get the full relaxation experience. Which leads me to the cons. I went on a Saturday and the place was packed and oddly loud for a spa. I definitely don’t think this is a place that children should be allowed for a multitude of reasons, including noise level nudity, etc. Tons of people were talking with their outside voices throughout all areas that we’re supposed to be Zen and peaceful so as you laid in a sauna or getting a massage, you could hear people loudly talking all around, which really took away from the Spa experience that it’s meant to be. Hard to relax when you’re constantly hearing that. Another con was how incredibly rude some of the staff were. When you are going to a place like this, you’re expecting a really therapeutic experience so under no circumstances, should you be given attitudes or be condescended by staff. Puts you in a position to make a choice between getting into it with somebody and ruining your whole experience or walking away feeling aggravated. That is totally unacceptable. A lot of the staff felt rushed and stressed and that energy pours onto the clientele for sure. This refers to the people running the individual areas, not the therapist as they were very sweet. Staff were just downright rude for the sake of being rude people and had no concern for customer service’ kindness or respect for others. The Turkish bath area is full nudity so if you are not comfortable with that be forewarned. That is not something that bothers me at all so I was able to enjoy the experience however, if you’re uncomfortable with that idea, you can skip that part altogether. But you will still see full nudity in the changing area, which is segregated by men and women I do wish the outfits that they gave you to wear were something other than prison orange lol I felt like I was in a luxury prison for a crime I didn’t commit with the uniform, the crowds of people, and the constant yelling and loud talking. Despite that I still really enjoyed the experience of this place. There are certainly things they could do to make it more Zen and peaceful as it should be. Maybe pre-selling entrance tickets and limiting how many people can be in the spa at once, banning kids, immediately firing, and replacing rude staff members, and enforcing a policy of near silence. Another cool thing about this place is they have sleep cave so you can literally stay here for the full 24 hours that you pay for if you choose to spend the night. However, you would have to sleep on a fairly on a very hard floor with just a mat so maybe they could put some thicker mats in these areas. All around interesting experience-could’ve been better but still glad I went.

It was amazing they definitely know how to treat their guest, there were about 6 different types of saunas with different heat settings and each one healed different aspects of the body...its 24hr so you can stay the night, they offer mats, pillows and blankets for comfortability, please do the 40 yoni steam, its completely naked and they cover your entire body with a steam robe so that your whole body is involved (it helps with cramps, flood circulation and ph rejuvenation) and you MUST do the full body scrub, from your neck down to your toes frontside and backside they scrub/massage you and it exfoliate your entire body then they soap you down and clean you. Amazing experience overall

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professional courtesy. I was given a tour of the facility and all the wonderful services they offer. The two ladies who took care of me did an amazing job. I got a Hip Bath and the Gold spa package, and it was worth every penny. I felt so relaxed and happy that they stay open late. Can you tell they are preparing for the World Cup? ☺️
