I have been using powder foundation and for the longest time wanted to try JSM cushion but was hesitant due to my skin texture. I walked in on a weekday and had wanted to buy cushion mesh as seen on tiktok live and Jennifer gave recommendation on what would suit my skin best. Due to dry combi skin, she told me fitting mist + mool cream before cushion foundation would be good. She also recommended best seller skin ndr cushion which has semi dewy effect. As there was no stocks so i decided to leave my number. Eventually i went onto tiktok live to get everything Jennifer recommended and i was so impressed after putting on the cushion with fitting mist and mool cream. I was blown away seeing myself in the mirror and i got many compliments for it! I highly recommend jsm skin ndr cushion , it literally makes my face ethereal ✨️. I would like to sincerely compliment Ari, one of the JSM beauty consultants, for her outstanding service when I visited yesterday. I did not manage to get her name at first, but I believe the name on her tag was Arixxxx Raxxxxx. She was incredibly patient and attentive throughout my visit, taking the time to help me find the right shades and guiding me step by step. Ari carefully explained how to use the colour concealer palette and even went the extra mile by helping me list everything down in a notepad, clearly indicating which colour should be applied to each part of my face. As someone who was completely clueless and helpless when it comes to makeup, I truly appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and dedication. The quality of service I received from her was exceptional, and she made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, Ari, for your wonderful help and guidance—it is very much appreciated.

Had such a lovely experience at the shop today thanks to the staff (Pei Qi) who assisted me. i recently visited the Jung Saem Mool store at ION Orchard and had such a pleasant experience. i tried their cushion foundation and the sales associate was incredibly nice and friendly throughout. she patiently helped us with shade matching and recommended the most suitable formula based on our different skin types. i really appreciated how attentive and knowledgeable she was. it made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. highly recommend visiting if you are looking for professional shade matching and personalised advice.
