K-BOX Karaoke

This is a great place to have fun with your friends! Wide variety of songs and crazy volume. Make sure to book a room before coming. I would recommend 2 hours because time goes very fast. The place is very clean, has a great ambiance and service is good. They also have little sweet boba in the place so you can order from they directly from your room. My only complaint is the microphone in the middle of the room, is right in front of the tv and it blocks everyone if someone uses it. Overall great place!

I took my 94 year old grandmother to karaoke for the first time in her life and she thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The drinks were delicious. The karaoke system took a little bit of getting used to, we didn't find all the songs we wanted to sing, and the room was a bit cold but we had a great time. The staff were so helpful and lovely! They let us out the back way into the parking garage so that my grandmother didn't have to make the long trek back though the mall and construction zone.

I've gone here a few times and I've always enjoyed the experience. The karaoke system is easy to use and it has a good song selection. But my most recent visit has soured my experience of this place. In the middle of our session we went outside to add an hour and asked a staff when our new end time was. The time he gave us was 20 mins later than I was expecting, but he reaffirmed it. But when we exited at the end time we were told, they made us pay an overtime fee. The same staff denied telling us this end time I was told and insisted he said the original end time that I'd originally expected. We ended up paying the overtime fee because the staff wouldn't budge. I don't want to believe he purposefully told us a wrong end time to get us to pay an overtime fee, but there's no other explanation I can find. So if you go here, be careful about what the staff tells you. Now I can't ignore the feeling they're trying to find any way for you to pay an overtime fee.

The karaoke room was well-equipped and clean. The most common songs can be found. Reasonably priced. However, I did not like that they hold on to your physical ID and credit card until you check out. The way they stored was unsafe. They could have done pending charges. I like their Karaoke room but I’ll avoid this place until they figure out a safer payment system.

Threw my friends a Bon Voyage party last night at K-Box and our experience was 10/10. We came for the music but stayed for the chicken tenders and pitchers of Modelo on tap. Our friend Zach left no crumbs after his performance of “No Scrubs” and Barrett blessed us all with his own rendition of Afroman’s critically acclaimed, hit single “Because I Got High.” The staff, service, and incredible ambiance of K-Box Karaoke certainly sent our two friends off on vacation with memories that will last a lifetime. We’ll be back!!!
