Had a really good time here! The service was great, staff were super helpful and welcoming. The KTV system is very impressive and easy to use, with tons of songs to choose from. Highly recommend, definitely worth coming!

Karaoke was difficult to navigate, although touch screen, if you pressed back you would need to start again from the beginning. The easiest way to get the songs you are looking for is to search by artist which isn't in alphabetical order. The songs have original vocals which for me defeats thr purpose. The women's toilets are unsanitary and visibly dirty. And one of the toilets was clogged the entire evening leaving only one toilet accessible in the women's bathroom and it smelled of cigarettes, people were clearly smoking in their.

The food is an absolute rip-off and is falsely advertised on the website. See the photos attached of what they show on the website and what they serve you. Also there is very limited reception in the rooms which makes it almost impossible to scan the QR codes to order food. There is also no WiFi which would be a solution to the lack of reception.
